"My Fiance and I both purchased new Ducati's this season. Sales and Parts departments are both very knowledgeable about their products and are happy to work with you to ensure you get what you want. We never felt pressured or rushed into making our purchase. The service guys are very helpful, and explained everything that was being done to the first one on it's initial service, very comforting to a new to Ducati family (the second has not made the 600 miles yet)! Financing and Insurance is N/A as we came in with our own financing for both bikes, from our experience with the rest of the dealership I can only expect it to be top notch. Thanks Ducati Milwaukee for a great buying experience, we will definitely be repeat customers!"

"The folks at Ducati Milwaukee are top-notch. Ross Bennett, who handled the sale of my "new to me" used 2004 ST3, was wonderful to work with. Ross was very thorough, provided details, answered questions, and even pointed out a very small cosmetic defect to my dad who was in the area and test drove the bike before the purchase was complete. (This was a long distance sale - I live 740 miles from Milwaukee). Everything was as they said it would be. This type of honesty and integrity make the trip to Ducati Milwaukee worth it. Joe (Ducati Parts) was helpful in getting the bike properly tied in the trailer, giving tips on battery maintenance, and Nora in the office ensured the title wire transfers went smoothly. The professional expertise they provided in this purchasing experience was really a great comfort (it's been some years since I've ridden), and they wanted to make sure that I would enjoy owning a Ducati after I left the dealership. Highly recommended - I'll be returning to Ducati Milwaukee for next bike purchase."

"Being over 500 miles away from the dealership, one could be a little skeptical about doing a deal over the phone. I want to thank Joe Meinerz for one of the most pleasant and exceptional motorcycle purchase I have ever made and I have made a lot over my lifetime. When I arrived to pick up my used 2003 R1150RT everything was exactly as Joe described without any glitches. I would recommend this dealership to anyone as they went out of their way to make my long-distance purchase a very enjoyable experience and I would not hesitate to purchase another bike from Joe.
